What is this page? This is a fantasy page :) I've always wanted to do something like this, and now I thought I'd share it with you. These are the seiyuu (voice actors/actresses) that would play the characters of the Sailormoon Millennia Trilogy if it were an anime. This page is only really useful if you like seiyuu as much as I do, or at least know a little about them (which would mean you've seen quite alot of anime other than Sailormoon.)
But for those of you don't, let's put it this way: If all these seiyuu actually played the voices, Sailormoon Neo would have an All-Star cast of seiyuu. Adding Hayashibara Megumi, Iwao Junko, and Inoue Kikuko to the Sailormoon cast which already includes favorites like Hisakawa Aya and Mitsuishi Kotono. Consider it like a movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Sharon Stone, Tommy Lee Jones, Harrison Ford, Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, Sean Connery, Will Smith, Michelle Pfeiffer, Meg Ryan, Tom Hanks, ya know, all them big name-types...except this is, uh, an anime and not a movie. ^_~

Sailorleo // Jessica Taylor
Who: Miyamura Yuko
Also Known As: Sohryuu Asuka Langely (Evangelion), Angel Daisy (Wedding Peach), Seung Mina (Soul Edge), Ohkawa Utako (Clamp Gakuen Tanteidan), Toki (Rurouni Kenshin Movie)
Why?: Seriously the perfect voice for Jessica Taylor. She can DEFINATELY do the psycho-bitch as shown as Asuka from Evangelion, which I think is an excellent example of what Jessica sounds like. I wonder if she speaks English as well as she speaks German ;p~ hahaha.. ;P

Sailorsagittarius // Zan Tien-Lei
Who: Yokoyama Chisa
Also Known As: Sasami/Tsunami (Tenchi Muyo), Yuna (Galaxy Fraulein Yuna), Noin (Gundam Wing), Flute (Violinist of Hamelin), Ryoko (Nadesico), Sakura (Sakura Wars), Chiaki (Zenki)
Why?: I think this is a really great voice for Sagittarius. The voices I'm particularly thinking of for Tien-Lei are Noin and Sakura's.

Sailoraquarius // Nakayama Ameko
Who: Honda Chieko
Also Known As: Kaoru Kozue (Revolutionary Girl Utena), Tellu, (Sailormoon), Kurumi (Kimagure Orange Road)
Why?: She's got a nice, cutesey, high-pitched voice which sounds very innocent--but can also play another role which is colder or more hardenend (such as Kozue in the Black Rose Arc of Utena and Tellu). This is perfect for Aquarius. :) I think the character Kozue is a really good example of how Ameko would sound. Ameko pre-episode 12 would be very much like Kozue with her friends, while Ameko post-episode 12 would be the colder Black Rose type Kozue.

Sailorcapricorn // Joanna McMahon
Who: Shimizu Kaori
Also Known As: Lain (Serial Experiments Lain)
Why?: Don't think normal-Lain, think Lain of the Wired. Nice, eh? Works very well. Same-ish sorta attitude too. ^_^; Wonder if she can speak Japanese with a British accent..hahaha.. @_@

Sailortaurus // Hayashino Mihana
Who: Yamazaki Wakana
Also Known As: Akizuki Meiko (Marmalade Boy), Cooan/young Neherenia (Sailormoon)
Why?: I think Mihana's personality is a bit similar to Mihana's, in general, a quiet voice which can easily be raised at anytime. I think this works well for her.

Sailorgemini // Natalia "Niko-chan" Koorino
Who: Shiina Hekiru
Also Known As: Hikaru (Magic Knight Rayearth), Rurubell (Megami Paradise), Kotomi (DNA^2)
Why?: Shiina Hekiru is known more as an idol singer than a seiyuu, therefore, we have an idol doing Natalia's voice. I think it works particularly well, since the voice is fairly cute (especially as Rurubell's) which works for her idol persona...but can sound different (i.e. Hikaru's) for her normal persona.

Sailorscorpio // Dokuno Shikami
Who: Tsuru Hiromi
Also Known As: Ayukawa Madoka (Kimagure Orange Road), Sayoko (Devil Hunter Yohko), Bulma (Dragonball), Nagisa (Here is Greenwood), Asuna (Maison Ikkoku), Ukyou (Ranma 1/2), Meryl Strife (Trigun)
Why?: Aah! This is the perfect voice for Shikami! The character I'm *really* thinking about in my mind for the perfect Scorpio is Madoka when she's in cold-mode. ^_^; I really, really think that Tsuru Hiromi would make a good Sailorscorpio. :)

Sailorvirgo // Haato Tenshi
Who: Nagasawa Miki
Also Known As: Miyu (Vampire Princess Miyu TV), Ibuki Maya (Evangelion), Izumi (Nadesico)
Why?: A nice, pleasant, quiet sounding voice for a nice, pleasant, quiet sounding character. I think her character Maya from Evangelion is painfully sweet and cute and innocent, much like Tenshi.

Sailorcancer // Kazeno Hikari
Who: Fuchizaki Yuriko
Also Known As: Megumi (Oh! My Goddess!), Ibuki (Maison Ikkoku), Cyprine (Sailormoon), Anthy (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
Why?: Anthy from Utena has the perfect sort of voice for Sailorcancer, very mellow, and pretty...but can also have a "different" more adult sort of tone *coughs*

Sailorpisces // Kakono Yuurei
Who: Minami Omi
Also Known As: Ruri (Nadesico)
Why?: A quiet-ish sounding voice for the more mellow of the twins.

Sailoraries // Miraino Ako
Who: Nishihara Kumiko
Also Known As: Takatsuki Shiori (Revolutionary Girl Utena), Diana (Sailormoon), Iris (Sakura Wars)
Why?: A genki-ish sounding voice. Even tho Ako's not quite genki and more of a hardass. ^^; Ah well, ignore the annoying lisp. =P

Who: Sakamoto Maaya
Also Known As: Kanzaki Hitomi (Escaflowne), Stella (Cowboy Bebop)
Why?: You may know Sakamoto Maaya as the singer of Platina (a Card Captor Sakura opening) as well as a singer for many other anime series I can't think of. She has such a lovely voice. I don't have any real reason to make her Sailorlibra other than that fact. ^_^;

Why?: I was in particular thinking the dignified voice of Ohtori Kanae, but we know from Ryoko (and Ohtori Kanae) that she can scream and be bitchy and all that good stuff an evil Queen needs to do. ^_^;

Also Known As: Tamahome (Fushigi Yuugi), Heero Yuuy(Gundam W), Mikage (Revolutionary Girl Utena), Michael (Marmalade Boy), Ail/Fiore (Sailormoon), Zelgadis (Slayers)
Why?: Okay, okay, I'm really biased. Midorikawa Hikaru is my absolute most favorite male seiyuu! ^_^; I think he's got an incredibly sexy voice (especially as Mikage :)~~) and I think he does a villain voice VERY, very well. I think he'd make an incredibly good perverted lech. His sexy-Mikage-confession-room voice is so perfect for Arseniru, don't you agree?

Also Known As: Chibiusa (Sailormoon), Yuuki Miaka (Fushigi Yuugi), Minnie May (Gunsmith Cats), Hikari (Digimon),
Why?: Well naturally the old voice of Chibiusa would play the current Usa-chan. However, I'd ask her to use a more mature voice which I know she possesses, like the one she uses in Fushigi Yuugi as Miaka (well, that she sometimes possesses ;P)

Neo Sailormercury // Umino Kasumi
Who: Touma Yumi
Also Known As: Ann (SMR), Kisenian Flower (SMR Movie), Yui (Fushigi Yuugi), Urd (Oh! My Goddess), Deedlit (Record of Lodoss Wars), Spinel Sun (Card Captor Sakura), Sylpheel (Slayers), Sophia (Toshinden), Rin (Please Save My Earth)
Why?: I think this is the absolute most perfect voice for Umino Kasumi. Touma-san's voice is really quite beautiful and she can sing well, like all seiyuu should be able to do. Yui is the perfect example of Kasumi's character, Yui can sound genki and happy...but also very, very, cold and hard. Perfect. ^_^

Neo Sailormars // Hisakino Karei
Who: Yoshida Konami
Also Known As: Umi (Magic Knight Rayearth), Sheila (Bastard!), Azusa (Devil Hunter Yohko), Lucia (Galaxy Fraulein Yuna)
Why?: Well, her voice in MKR says it best. It's just absolutely perfect for the job. Umi and Karei are very similar in personality, and the voice is just very very fitting. :)

Jupiter Kamen // Morino Ryuu
Who: Seki Tomokazu
Also Known As: Touya (Card Captor Sakura), Touji (Evangelion), Chichiri/Kouji (Fushigi Yuugi), Gai (Nadesico), Van (Escaflowne), Kamui (X), Ken (Weiss Kreuz)
Why?: After a bit of thinking, I realized he'd be the BEST person for Ryuu. He's got a very handsome voice, and as you can see plays the hero quite often. He can portray all sorts of emotions as well as do that heroic man type voice too, and we all know how angsty Ryuu gets (well, not so much angsty...but..) well, anyway, from his portrayal of Van and Kamui, I know he can scream in horror and all that good stuff.

Neo Sailor V // Hateshinai Aiko
Who: Iwao Junko
Also Known As: Tomoyo (Card Captor Sakura), Hikari (Evangelion), Kyoko (Saint Tail), Key (Key the Metal Idol), Akane (Mahou Tsukai Tai!), Yukishiro Tomoe (Rurouni Kenshin), Kotori (X), Ceres (Ayashi no Ceres)
Why?: Well, she just has a good range voice wise, which is good for Aiko who pretty much has two personalities. She can be quiet, like Tomoe, and she can be cheerful and bright like Tomoyo. Also she can be stern, as we learned from Miss Class Rep. Hikari in Evangelion. :)

Neo Sailorsaturn // Shino Seishi
Who: Hayashibara Megumi
Also Known As: Pai (3x3 Eyes), Hello Kitty, Himeko (SMS Movie), Achika (Tenchi Muyo In Love), Ranma-chan (Ranma 1/2), Ayanami Rei/Ikari Yui/Pen-Pen (Evangelion), Lina Inverse (Slayers), Tiramisu (Sorcerer Hunters), Nuku Nuku (Nuku Nuku), Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop), Canal (Lost Universe), Haruka (Love Hina), Musashi (Pokemon), Lime (Saber Marionettes), Ai (Video Girl Ai)
Why?: Oh god, I think Hayashibara has done the voice of every single cool character known to man. =P I love her voice, it's very pretty. I know she can play a quiet, reclusive, troubled character like Seishi because of her lovely performance as Ayanami Rei in Evangelion, and not just the usual genki-type characters she plays in anime. ^^; I'm not sure how good she'd be at doing a very cold, cruel, voice...but, I'm sure she'd do fine. =P

Neo Sailorneptune // Umino Megami
Who: Inoue Kikuko
Also Known As: Belldandy (Oh! My Goddess), Kasumi (Ranma 1/2), Aluminumsiren (SMStars), Rune Venus (El Hazard), Seira (St. Tail), Anju (Marmalade Boy), Stasia (Megami Paradise), Panther (Saber Marionettes)
Why? Kikuko-san has an extremely soft, non-threatening, sweet, ultra-nice voice. She's just perfect for Megami, who is...well, of of that stuff. Although I can hardly picture Kikuko-san actually getting angry and fighting, I know she can since she did a great job (and a hilarious job) as the ditzy Aluminumsiren.

Neo Sailoruranus // Sorano Himeko
Who: Sakurai Tomo
Also Known As: Makimachi Misao (Rurouni Kenshin), Mylene (Macross 7), Shayla-Shayla (El Hazard), Meimi (St. Tail)
Why?: Well, for one I like her alot, but also she's got an absolutely beautiful singing voice amongst things and that'd be great for Himeko. Plus that, she can do spirited and... ahem bitchy very well :D Misao is a good example of what I imagine Neo Uranus to sound like.

Neo Sailorpluto // Tokino Yoake
Who: Kouda Mariko
Also Known As: Miki (Marmalade Boy), Yuri (Dirty Pair), Miyuki (Miyuki-chan in Wonderland), Shiori (Galaxy Fraulein Yuna)
Why? She's got such a cute voice, very high pitched too..and we know the rule, the ditzier you are, the more high pitched your voice is. ^^;

Lady 9
Who: Minaguchi Yuko
Also Known As: Hotaru/Mistress 9 (Sailormoon), Hinoto (X), Yawara (Yawara!)
Why?: She'd be totally perfect for this character. She's got a *beautiful* voice and a *beautiful* laugh. Besides, it's a voice Seishi would be familiar with...er, since Hotaru was her mother ;P~

Lord 9
Who: Koyasu Takehito
Also Known As: Rezo (Slayers), Hotohori (Fushigi Yuugi), Aoba Shingeru (Evangelion), Zechs (Gundam Wing), Aya (Weiss Kreuz), Touga (Revolutionary Girl Utena)
Why? He's got that deep evil-sounding voice that I think fits perfectly for an evil spirit, don't you agree?

Sailorsummerstar // Hoshino Natsumi
Who: Shiratori Yuri
Also Known As: Cherry (Saber Marionettes), Nanami (Revolutionary Girl Utena), Aiko (Hime-chan no Ribbon), Mokona (Magic Knight Rayearth), Arisu (Please Save My Earth), Tsubame (Rurouni Kenshin), Lilith (Megami Paradise)
Why?: A nice, spirited-voice for that sort of girl. Plus she can do the bitchy-type voice as seen by Nanami from Utena. ^^;

Sailorautumnstar // Hoshino Akimi
Who: Kasahara Hiroko
Also Known As: Fuu (Magic Knight Rayearth), Ami (DNA^2), Nanako (Oniisama E), Sayo (Rurouni Kenshin)
Why? The perfect sort of quiet, gentle voice for that sort of character. I think Fuu from Rayearth is a great example of what I imagine Akimi's voice to sound like.

Why?: I think Yaten and Nuriko are perfect examples of Fuyumi's personality, don't you agree? And for some reason, I imagine her with this Sakamoto Chika's very recognizable voice. Perhaps because Yaten and Fuyumi both have white hair? ^^;

Why?:She's another really popular seiyuu, also she's got a nice adult voice which can sound very serious and intimidating. She can also sound very beautiful, regal, and cold as demonstrated by her portrayal of Elise in Escaflowne.

Why?: Well, his voice in FY doesn't work, but the voice he uses in RK does. I can definately see the voice of Sanosuke as the pervert Dark Side of the Moon general.
