Who is Shino Seishi? Seishi is very dark and morbid. She's the Sailorsaturn that most people like to think her mother, Hotaru was. This could be true because not only was the power of Saturn transferred to Seishi, but also what was left of Mistress 9. Seishi has a special ability to heal and destroy, even when she is not transformed. However, her power to heal causes her to become very sick and weak, while using her power to destroy makes her stronger. Seishi's world is colored black, full of shadows and nightmares. Overly critical and pessimistic, she rarely sees the good side of things. She has a penchant for writing dark, often sensual, stories where she can escape from reality to. The only person she can seriously call her friend is Morino Ryuu who she secretly loves. She attends Meiyo Gakuen where she is constantly picked on, however she remains undaunted by the actions of the other children. Rather, she takes their jeering and turns it around on them. She takes great pleasure in disturbing others. Seishi had been troubled, even as a child, despite the loving home that her mother tried to provide. However, her father Masaya is distant from Seishi and blames Hotaru's weakness on Seishi's birth. Despite her coldness, Seishi longs to be loved by her father, to be loved by anyone really--but refuses to show weakness or to cry. Neo Sailorsaturn, is a frightening, disturbing Senshi. She has twice the power as her mother. However, unlike her mother, Neo Saturn has absolutely no remorse. While she thinks of duty above all, she resents the fact that she is a Sailor Senshi in the first place. All of Neo Sailorsaturn's attacks have a twisted brutality to them, that often makes others wonder if she's a good-guy, or the run-of-the-mill villain who fell into the wrong team. Neo Saturn is ready to not only sacrifice herself, but anyone else for the sake of duty. Attacks & Powers Saturn Cosmic Power, Make Up! Seishi shouts this while raising up a rose shaped crystal (the Silent Crystal). She lowers the crystal to her chest and long black angels' wings appear on her back and fold over her body covering her with complete blackness. Light flashes and her sailorfuku appears. Light flashes again, her skirt appears. Light flashes again, this time she is totally transformed and the darkness disappears. She poses with her hands behind her back and her face looking sad, later when she transforms, the Silence Glaive appears at the end of her transformation and she holds that behind her. (Note: Think of the flashing light as a strobe light, every time the light blinks you see a new part of her fuku being added on...if you really think about it, it's kinda disturbing.) Silence Death Song When Seishi was awakened to being Neo Sailorsaturn, the former Sailorsaturn traced a hexagram on her palm (You may have seen me call it hexacle. A hexagram is a six-pointed star, while a hexacle would be a six-pointed star used in magic..either way..). As Neo Sailorsaturn, the hexacle can glow with energy even through her gloves and cause an amazing blast of energy which emits a faint screaming sound and incinerates her victim.
