Who is Umino Megami? Megami is extremely happy and easy going. In many ways, she is the exact opposite of her sister Kasumi. She is very popular, beautiful, and admired by her entire class at Meiyo Gakuen. Almost everyone who knows her loves her, because she is so likeable, friendly, and bright. However, Megami's happiness rests on a fragile belief that she holds that everyone is good and there is no darkness or unhappiness. She is completely oblivious to the fact that her sister resents her. Megami tries to ignore or brush off any signs of unhappiness in the world. She cannot understand why anyone would want to view the world in such a pessimistic way when it's so much happier to see it as rainbow-colored. Megami is quite artistic and also quite intelligent, though in a bookish sort of way. Her ability to assess the world around her is somewhat lacking. As Neo Sailorneptune, Megami is Neo Sailoruranus' partner. Her attacks are less powerful than Uranus' and are only really damaging when they join forces. Neo Sailorneptune, unfortunately, is a very poor Senshi. While she tries to be brave and courageous, and would gladly fight for the cause--she isn't brave and courageous. She's really quite weak and her belief that everyone is truly good inside hinders her from fighting to her true potenial. Attacks & Powers Neptune Cosmic Power, Make Up! Megami raises her henshin wand to the sky and shouts these words. Translucent blue wings appear on her back then disappear as water splashes up from the ground and forms her sailorfuku as seperate spouts of water shoot up and encircle her hands and feet, forming her gloves and shoes. To complete the transformation, a gentle shimmering splash of water washes over her from above, creating her tiara, choker, and skirt. She gently tosses her long hair as lipstick appears on her lips and she poses with her hand underneath her chin in contemplation (much like the old Neptune did). Tidal Crash Neo Sailorneptune shouts these words and a stream of water appears from the ground and swirls around her helix-style. The water all converges at her hands and turns into blue energy. However, unless her attack is combined with Neo Sailoruranus' 'Heaven Touch' it is basically powerless.
